GOLDEN GLOBE 2021: TUTTE LE NOMINATION. LAURA PAUSINI TRA I CANDIDATI
L’emergenza sanitaria ha intaccato qualsiasi organizzazione: Olimpiadi, Europei, ma anche concerti e Golden Globe.
Con circa due mesi di ritardo rispetto alle scorse edizioni a causa del prolungarsi dell’emergenza sanitaria, le nomination per la 78a edizione dei Golden Globe sono finalmente state svelate e tra queste c’è anche un po’ di Italia grazie alla candidatura di «Io sì/seen» per la miglior canzone, original song del film Netflix «The Life Ahead/La vita davanti a sé» (candidato al miglior film straniero), realizzata da Laura Pausini in collaborazione con Diane Warren e Niccolò Agliardi.
Niente candidatura alla miglior attrice protagonista, invece, per Sophia Loren, protagonista per Io sì/Seen, e Meryl Streep, che avrebbe potuto correre con The Prom e Let them talk.
A fare il pieno di nomination, Netflix con 22 nomination per la categoria Cinema e 20 nomination per la TV. È Mank di David Fincher il film che ha ottenuto il maggior numero di nomination (6), seguono Il processo ai Chicago 7 (5), The Father (4) e Nomadland (4).
Per quanto riguarda la televisione, dopo Netflix, ci sono anche HBO con 7 nomination e Hulu con 6.
Tre donne candidate per la miglior regia: Chloé Zhao per Nomadland, Regina King con One Night in Miami… ed Emerald Fennell con Promising Young Woman.
La cerimonia di premiazione si terrà il 28 febbraio e sarà condotta da Tina Fey e Amy Poehler che condurranno la serata rispettivamente dalla Rainbow Room di New York, e dal Beverly Hilton, a Beverly Hills.
